Emerald City
You gain strength, courage and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face. You are able to say to yourself, 'I have lived through this horror. I can take the next thing that comes along.' You must do the thing you think you cannot do. --Eleanor Roosevelt

Fresh Start
So today is my first post and new blog in 4 years. I started blogging in 2003 before anyone thought it would become the big thing it is today. Its 2:33 am and I'm desperately trying to stay awake before I catch my flight at 7:30. See flying and I don't see eye to eye. Anyone who is a control freak would completely understand that its hard trusting a pilot whose probably had 4 hours of sleep with my life. I mean they say its turbulence when we hit ruff air but perhaps someone had fallen asleep instead? I figure if I stay up have some wine I might survive the 2:35 min flight to Arizona. On the way to Seattle my plan failed me and I was conscience for the whole flight. Not only that I got to enjoy the crying infant and the toddler who kicked my chair. At that very moment I wish I had just paid for a ticket instead of accepting the standby ticket a friend gave me. So please don't expect a lot from this blog. My spelling is horrible and yes I went to college, I have run on sentences, I write how I speak which is just wrong in its entirety. This blog is just my adventures I've take or new things I've tried. I love to travel and though I often travel in the States on very special occasions I travel abroad. I love new foods, venues, music, books and people to share my experience with. I even just picked up crocheting which was a new experience all together. Anyway this is my life not to glamorous by any means but I've learned to budget and to live life.
